Margaret N. Beshore passed away on April 17, 2017 in Falls Church, VA. Born on July 8, 1925 in Waverly, MO, Margaret graduated from the University of Missouri in 1948 and received her Masters Degree in Library Science from te University of Michigan in 1954. She worked in public libraries in California, Kansas, Missouri and Virginia before retiring as Supervisor of Adult Services at the Fairfax County (VA) Public Library. She was married to George W. Beshore in 1949, and the couple traveled extensively to 46 states and 15 foreign countries in Europe, Africa, and South America. Survivors include her husband of 68 years and two nieces; Barbara Kieswetter of Evergreen, CO and Brenda Wanger of Rogers, AR.
Margaret will be honored at a memorial service at 2pm on Saturday, May 6, 2017 in the All Saints Chapel at Goodwin House Baileys Crossroads.
