Mary Ethridge Arnold

Mary E. Arnold of N. Springfield, VA passed away peacefully among family on September 28, 2021 at the age of 72. Beloved Mother of Lauren Grace Arnold & Mickey Ngoc Son; and Grandmother to "Chris" Long Huynh, Christina Son, Nicolas Son, Edward Avalos & Oz- Lin Son. She is also survived by her siblings Barbara, Joanne, Dorothy & Gene; and many dear friends.  Mary was born January 15, 1949, in Boise, Idaho. She sought adventure in her early twenties and moved to the Washington, DC area to work for the Federal Government. She retired from the Government as a Personnel Management Specialist. Mary was an active volunteer; driving elderly, ill and differently abled adults to their appointments and helping her community. She most enjoyed traveling and spending time with loved ones. Mary was extremely giving, supportive, loyal, positive, thoughtful, and loving. She will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.  No Funeral Services. No Flowers Please. A Celebration of Mary's Love & Life will occur in the new year.
