Mr David Edward Nahamis

David Edward Nahamis passed away at his residence in Fairfax, Virginia on March 18, 2018 after battling bladder cancer since 2006. David was born December 1, 1958 in Barcelona, Spain to the late Irving and Olwyn Nahamis. David will be lovingly remembered by his wife and best “buddy" Debbie, who shared 37 years together. They just celebrated their 25th year of marriage. 

David is survived by his siblings sister Bobbi Posta (Rick) and brother Clifford Nahamis.  He is also survived by his sisters in law Anita Diliberto (George) and her son Bryan Rivera.  Angie Maloney (Mike) and children Gabby Rentz and Maxwell Maloney. Victoria Matthews (Les) and Gina Bachar (Tommy) and children Thomas, McKenzie and Jonathan. In addition are Bobbi’s children Jennifer Woods and Kevin Nichols. 

David was a true animal lover and leaves behind his beloved dog Decimus and cats Maxi, Ginger and Jordy. He owned a successful general contracting business for over 20 years where his nephew Bryan also worked.  David was an avid weight lifter and loved spending time at the beach with his family, fast cars, sports and talking politics. He enjoyed life to the fullest and was loved by everyone who's life he touched. He had the biggest heart and the best smile.

Friends and relatives join us for a Memorial celebration on Friday March 23 from 4 - 8 pm. A memorial service will begin at 5:30. Everly Funeral Home 6161 Leesburg Pike Falls Church Virginia.
