Carol Lee Richards, 73, of Chantilly, Virginia passed away in her home on December 4th, 2018. She is survived by her children Wayne Richards of Culpepper, Tammy Walls of Manassas, Russell Richards of Bealeton, and Laura Harsh of Chantilly, along with her 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 13 granddogs.
